Brambleton is pleased to announce its summer line up of events which include the beloved (and FREE) summer concert series beginning with a local top 40 Country band, Delta Spur, on June 23 at the Brambleton Town Center. The show goes on from 7-9PM but gates open at 6PM, and you’re welcome to bring your blankets, chairs, beer & wine (don’t forget your IDs), and get comfy. Pack a picnic, order takeout from your favorite BTC restaurant, or grab something from the food trucks that will be onsite, and come have a great time! Click here for more info on our Sizzlin’ Summer Concerts!
A local favorite, Red, White and Bram is our annual Independence Day festival that serves as an early kickoff to the Fourth of July festivities. On June 25, head to Brambleton Town Center from 6-10PM to have a blast with live music, backyard games, sand sculptures, food trucks, beer and wine, and of course, one of the best fireworks displays in Loudoun County. Entrance is $5/person, kids two and under are free.
Participants will compete on approximately 2.5 miles of paved trails including fitness stations offering a variety of strength and agility challenges along the way. All ages and abilities are welcome! When you register, you will be guided through selecting a wave start time. Your registration fee includes a dri-fit t-shirt. Proceeds from this event benefit childhood cancer through the Team Mathias organization. For more details, or to sign-up, go to www.BFitTrailChallenge.com.

This is SmartAsset’s second annual study of the happiest counties.
“Loudoun County is #1 in our study for the second year in a row. What makes this such a happy place? For one thing, the unemployment rate and poverty rate are both under 4%. In fact, Loudoun’s poverty rate is the lowest of any county in our study.
Of the nearly 1,000 counties in our study, Loudoun County had the fourth-highest income ratio. Loudoun’s income ratio is over 2.5, which means the median income is more than twice the cost of living.”
