Want to Support Local Businesses in a Big Way? Shop Smart at Brambleton Town Center!

Posted November 11, 2020

Created in 2010 by American Express, Small Business Saturday is a way to kick off your holiday shopping season without camping out after Thanksgiving dinner for Black Friday sales at big-box retailers. You also don’t have to be glued to your computer for Cyber Monday deals. Instead, you can take a more relaxed approach to gift shopping by visiting local small businesses. It’s a great way to support neighborhood business owners, and in a time of so many unknowns, our Town Center has taken every precaution to ensure safe shopping.

This year, Small Business Saturday falls on November 28th – but Brambleton Town Center’s businesses are offering special deals for the entire shopping season. In the months ahead, instead of holiday gift-hunting that feels hectic, it can feel friendly, neighborly and rewarding when you shop smart – locally – at Brambleton Town Center. Plus, you can get to know the business owners (it’s pretty doubtful you’d be able to have a nice chat with the CEOs while shopping at national retail corporations).

Whether you live in Brambleton and can walk home with your newly-bought treasures or you live in the surrounding area but don’t want to brave the malls, holiday cheer will be easy to find at the Town Center. Picture it:  Letting the kids make their toy and game wish lists at Go Bananas. Or, signing them up for a dance class at Bella Ballerina. A facial, haircut or manicure at Levo Nails & Spa, Eclips or Illusions. Squeaky toys and tasty treats to fill your pets’ stockings from Good Dog Rocky. The latest phone from the Verizon store, or fashionable new glasses from InSight Eye. All followed up by your call-ahead takeout order from Blue Ridge Grill, Nick’s Taverna, My Thai Place, BurgerIm, Scotto’s Rigatoni Grill or AhSo for a no-cooking dinner at home after a great day of shopping.

Here is a list of some of the Brambleton Town Center stores and eateries that can save you time and money this holiday season!
