Say hello to Traci Tranquili. A resident for five years, she knew that the moment she was ready to buy her first home, it would be in Brambleton. “Brambleton fosters a great sense of community. The Brambleton Town Center is very convenient to all of the homes in the community and offers a variety of restaurants, retail shops and the new State-of-the-Art Library. I’m able to visit my favorite hairstylist at Eclips Salon for a hair trim, stop by Good Dog Rocky and get both of my dogs groomed, and complete my grocery shopping at Harris Teeter all on a Saturday Afternoon.”
In talking to Good Dog Rocky owner, Cindy, she mentioned we were sure to see Traci and her pup, Savanna (shown below), at the Annual Doggone Wild Pool Party – it’s our community send off to summer; a fun opportunity to let our Brambleton dogs run wild and soak in the sun and water. We wanted to learn more about what events and other Brambleton to-do’s Traci enjoyed so we reached out to her!
When asked about the amenities that Brambleton offers; Traci was quick to share her love of our walking trails, tennis courts and the newly opened dog park. (P.S. if you haven’t seen it, head over to check it out with your four-legged BFF ASAP!) With Legacy Park and four different swimming pool options there is no other community like Brambleton. “I love walking and driving around Brambleton on a beautiful Fall afternoon and seeing all of the joggers, bikers and children out on the trails and playgrounds enjoying all that I also love about our fun community!”
Traci built a new home with one of our builder partners, Miller & Smith and it quickly became obvious that the love of her home is a deep one. Life in the Carina floorplan, a part of the Miller & Smith Skyview Collection, offers unique and distinctive architectural detail. From the exterior stone front, 10-foot ceilings, to an open floorplan and a bonus…GREAT neighbors! “I also love the screened in porch which allows me many months of enjoyment overlooking the beautiful landscaping in Brambleton.”
We asked Traci to describe Brambleton in a few sentences if telling a friend about where she lives and it doesn’t get better than this!
“Brambleton life is Living, Laughing and Loving.”
Live well: Great home, great neighbors, great amenities and events. Convenient to the Brambleton Town Center with Restaurants (Blue Ridge Grill, Ahso and so many others), Shops (Good Dog Rocky and Go Bananas Toy Store and Entertainment (Regal Fox Cinemas & IMAX).
Laugh Often: By attending BCA planned events all will have a good time full of smiles and laughter.
Love Much: You will fall in love with your home and Brambleton. There is no other community like Brambleton!
Outside of never missing the Doggone Wild Pool Party, (“I never miss the Doggone Wild Pool Party. It’s a great way to end the pool season every year and provide a fun activity for all of the community’s four-legged friends!”), a favorite of hers and many of our residents is the annual Red, White and Bram to celebrate July 4th. “The EatLoco Brambleton Farmers Market every Sunday at 9 AM is a wonderful way to enjoy Sunday mornings while picking up great local produce and unique artisan pieces created by local vendors.
We’re not sure we could say it better to summarize the wow factor of all things Brambleton: “Whether you have a large family, are looking to start a family or are empty nesters looking to downsize, there are events for everyone to enjoy! Having lived in the community for five years, I have weathered many life events and weather events. Major snow storms, heavy winds and torrential rains/storms. Having great neighbors that come together to support each other to help shovel driveways when it snows, ask you if you need anything when heading to the grocery store, and offer you a glass of wine after a bad day reminds me this is the sense of community I wanted to be a part of. As I walk around the trails early in the morning and listen to all of the beautiful sounds of nature, the sun glistening perfectly on the water, I am reminded why I am lucky to call this home. This is daily living in Brambleton!”
Thanks, Traci for sharing your story! #LiveBrambleton #LiveConnected
