Brambleton’s reputation as one of the nation’s premier communities where people can live, work and play (or shop, socialize or just relax) is well established. It’s what has made Brambleton one of the most sought-after master planned communities in the country for the past two decades. One family, The Yazdis, have embraced Brambleton’s live-work-play philosophy in every way – they are Brambleton home owners, Brambleton business owners, and lovers of their Brambleton life.

The Yazdis purchased a Gulick home in Brambleton in 2011. They love time spent at home, with its open floorplan that’s great for everyday living or special entertaining, and a basement that’s a favorite space for the family to spend time together and for the Yazdis’ two children to play with their neighborhood friends.

Outside their front door, the Yazdis enjoy Brambleton’s parks, trails, recreation amenities, convenient location and its highly-rated Loudoun County Public Schools. They also love the shops, restaurants and community events that define the Town Center. Everyone in the family likes the fact that they can walk to everything, from restaurants and boutiques to movies, summer concerts, charity events and more. In fact, the Town Center is probably the part of Brambleton they love the most…for a reason that’s especially “close to home.”

You see, after moving to Brambleton and experiencing first-hand all of its vitality and sense of community, Mr. and Mrs. Yazdi saw that the Town Center offered them more than a place to shop, dine and meet neighbors. They also saw that it offered them a business opportunity. Today, they own the Town Center’s sweetFrog® Premium Frozen Yogurt store (which makes them some of the most popular neighbors in Brambleton).

“Being home and business owners here has been life-changing for our whole family,” Mr. Yazdi told us. “We love seeing our neighbors and friends come in and enjoy our froyo. Our kids have fun being our own little advertising and public relations team,” he added. “They tell their friends about sweetFrog® and always love it when their friends, classmates and their families come into the store. It’s always a good feeling when you can put smiles on the faces of people we know.”

The Yazdis are proud of – and actively contribute to – Brambleton’s spirit of giving back to the community. Their sweetFrog® store is often a destination for local charity events, with proceeds donated to organizations that serve residents of Brambleton and the surrounding area.

Because they live, work and play here, Arash Yazdi and his family truly embody all of the promise that this award-winning community offers. They proudly consider themselves Brambleton “ambassadors,” and are always eager to spread the word about how fun and fulfilling life is here. Whether you live in Brambleton already or you come here for shopping, dining and events, be sure to stop in at sweetFrog® in the Town Center. The Yazdis are always eager to show people the sweet life that the community offers.
