We’re proud to announce that the beautiful Brambleton Library building was a 2019 recipient of the Loudoun County Economic Development’s “Signatures of Loudoun Design Excellence Awards!“
Local residents, project owners, developers and architects are encouraged to nominate buildings around the county that they admire. This year, the Brambleton Library was the Design Cabinet’s selection and students’ choice for the “Familiar” category. This category recognizes design excellence demonstrated in the exceptional attention given to surrounding buildings, places and details during the project design, making it look as if it had always been a visually harmonious member of the larger family of forms, textures and colors which can be found in the existing neighborhood.
This award was received within 6 months of the library being open – a true testament to how well it fits in with this Town Center and has quickly become a neighborhood hotspot!
