Rosemarie Linder Named New Community Manager: We are delighted to announce Rosemarie Linder as the new Community Manager for the Birchwood Community Association at Brambleton. Rosemarie has been dedicated to the field of community management for more than fifteen years and has ten years of prior experience in sales, operations, and customer service. Her most recent experience was with the Brambleton Community Association where she served as Director of Administration and Services and was responsible for contributing to the leadership of the Association and for the communications, community standards, and resident services teams. Rosemarie has already presided over the residents’ first annual meeting and looks forward to partnering with the residents and Board of Directors to foster a positive, vibrant, and successful community.

Store owner Cindy Zelenko left her previous career with Freddie Mac to pursue her dream of owning a business that supports a healthy lifestyle for pets. “The name originated from my Black Lab, Rocky, who is the inspiration for the concept and logo,” said Zelenko. “I’m thrilled to open my small business in Brambleton – it’s an amazingly supportive and pet-friendly community that I can’t wait to have a positive impact on.”
