The family moved to the Brambleton area in 2021 and, after just two years, they found their dream home thanks to Rajan Lalwani who was their realtor. They landed in a single-family new-build house in the West Park neighborhood, built by Tri Pointe Homes, one of the leaders in Brambleton.
Originally from Brazil, the Sanchez family had their eyes on Brambleton because of Daniel’s logistics business. He opened his office in Sterling ten years ago, and his business partner moved to Brambleton. The convenience, location, and lifestyle were undeniable — as they watched him make a life in Brambleton, they knew that’s where they wanted to be, too.

“Brambleton is a lovely area. It’s organized, clean, with great schools and tons of kind people. Not to mention the Town Center that includes amazing and successful businesses and parks,” says Milena Sanchez.
The family found their neighborhood while focusing their search on Brambleton. The West Park neighborhood is just a stone’s throw from six different parks, a brand-new pool, as well as area schools. “The Tri Pointe team was also amazing, especially Grace, for their efficiency and understanding. It was just a match,” says Milena Sanchez.
A year later, they’re thrilled with the quality of their new home. The craftsmanship, the layout of the home, including a large, bright home office, and the ambiance of the neighborhood are exactly what they’d hoped to find in the area. They revel in both the quiet moments close to home and the convenience of having everything within a short walk or drive of their house.
The family has settled into a routine, enjoying both their time together and giving their daughters the opportunity to have a classic all-American childhood filled with riding bikes and playing sports.
“Some of our frequent trips to the Town Center are usually a quick dessert; either Sweet Frog or Coldstone Creamery because my daughters love it!,” says Milena Sanchez. They also love going to Regal Fox Cinemas to catch the latest releases or going out to dinner at Blue Ridge Grill — they’d recommend the salmon, steak, and lobster soup as personal favorites. On Sundays, you might also find them hitting the farmer’s market in the heart of the Town Center.
“My daughters love living in Brambleton. They love riding their bikes, going to the Town Center for ice cream, taking walks around the neighborhood, going to the parks to play sports,” says Milena Sanchez.
And there’s nothing better than a perfectly busy weekend day followed by a slow evening taking in the amazing sunset from their house — this is exactly the life they hoped to find here.
