Various Nights: Lost Rhino Retreat Hosts Live Music

Lost Rhino Retreat has been open just a few months, but it’s already a popular spot in Brambleton and beyond. They’ve been hosting live music at the brewpub all summer long, and they already have a few acts lined up this month.

September 5 & 6: Epicurience Virginia: An Epic Wine & Culinary Experience

Morven Park in Leesburg hosts four days of events revolving around the best Virginia wines paired with cuisine prepared by celebrated chefs from around the country. It’s called Epicurience Virginia and promises to be “a food and wine festival so unique that no existing names quite fit.” And it’s this weekend, so buy tickets soon! These two events look particularly interesting, if food and wine are your thing:

  • Grand Tasting September 5 – Over forty exhibitors will be sampling and selling Virginia wines and foods. If that’s not enough, there’s live music, chef demos, wine education sessions and more.
  • Sunday Brunch September 6 – Salamander Resort & Spa hosts the official Epicurience Brunch with “bountiful breakfast choices, a carving station, a seafood tower and decadent desserts.” Plus there’s a custom Bloody Mary station and live music. What better way to spend a Sunday?

September 12: Brambleton Kids’ Triathlon

Kids can get in on the fitness fun too! The Brambleton Kids’ Triathlon takes kids from swimming to biking to running (all a short distance) for a safe, fun, and charitable experience that also helps kids get out and get exercise.  Don’t forget to stop for ice cream at Brambleton Town Center afterwards!

September 19: B_Fit Trail Challenge

With fall nearly here and temps cooling down, the B_Fit Trail Challenge is the perfect way to stay fit outside and get good use out of Brambleton’s paved trails. The challenge takes you through 2.5 miles of trail including 11 fitness stations with a range of strength and agility challenges along the way. Proceeds benefit the pediatric cancer charity Smashing Walnuts Foundation. For more info on how to sign up, click here!

September 24: Brambleton’s 14th Birthday Party

Can you believe Brambleton’s been around for 14 years and the Town Center has been around for 10 years? Time flies when you’re surrounded by a great community of friends and neighbors. We’re celebrating this month with a birthday cake decorating contest at the Welcome Center. If you’re interested in participating, click here for more info!

October 4: Posh Seven Shoptober

Technically this isn’t until October, but it looks like Posh Seven has an awesome event planned in Shoptober Fest: an entire day dedicated to the gems you can find in Loudoun County. Local artisans & food trucks will be there to provide food and goods, and beauty & health businesses will be there to make sure you’re pampered! Every Sunday: Brambleton Farmers’ Market

Every Sunday in September from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Brambleton Town Center, local food and goods vendors set up shop for a lovely morning of shopping for local produce and supplies for the week. This month’s featured vendor is Willowcroft Vineyards, making award-winning wines since 1985 as Loudoun’s original winery. Willowcroft offers their extensive line of wines at their market stands.
