The Brambleton area has some truly fun events planned in July, no matter your age or interests. Family-friendly events are happening all month long — like $1 movies and the Loudoun County Fair — plus, a few options for fireworks fiends, music lovers, and even foodies.
Every Sunday in July: Brambleton Farmers’ Market
Come out to the Town Center every Sunday in July from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for local produce, crafts and locally-sourced foods to take home or enjoy for breakfast or lunch.
Every Week in July: Summer Movie Express
The Regal Fox Cinemas at Brambleton Town Center kicked off the Summer Movie Express in June, giving families the chance to catch $1 movies every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 a.m. this summer. Here’s what’s playing in July:
July 4: Leesburg’s Independence Day Celebration
We held our annual Red, White and BRAM festival this past weekend, so consider heading up to Leesburg to check out their annual Independence Day celebration, which includes a parade at 10 a.m., a park celebration with food vendors and live music at 6 p.m., and of course, fireworks at 9:30 p.m.
July 9: Sizzlin’ Summer Concert Series featuring The Ten Band
Come out to the best outdoor concert series in the area and take in some throwback Pearl Jam covers from The Ten Band. Gates open at 6 p.m., concert starts at 7 p.m. and you can RSVP (not required!) and find all the details on our Facebook event.
July 12: Brambleton Grand Prix Bike Race
The Brambleton Grand Prix returns for its second year, featuring a lightning fast six-corner, one-km track. Come out and support local cyclists zipping around Brambleton Town Center. Find out more, including info about kid’s races, on our Facebook event page.
July 23: Sizzlin’ Summer Concert Series featuring The Monster Band
Enjoy more great music outside at Brambleton Town Center, this time from The Monster Band, playing both some classic and modern hits that you’ll definitely recognize. RSVP (not required) and learn more details on our Facebook event page.
July 23 – August 2: Farm to Fork Loudoun
This sounds like it could be the tastiest, freshest food festival in Loudoun County this summer. According to the site, this event “brings the fresh bounty of Loudoun County farms, restaurants, and vineyards direct to the tables of its great, diverse eating establishments in an 11-day celebration of community and locally sourced food.”
July 27 – August 1: Annual Loudoun County Fair
What’s summer in Virginia without a county fair? Head to the Loudoun Fairgrounds and enjoy 4-H animals, crafts, carnival rides, entertainment, a mini demolition derby, children’s activities, a pet show, plenty of vendors and more! Daily passes are $15 for adults, $5 for kids.
Brambleton Now is a recurring blog feature that outlines upcoming things to do around the Brambleton Town Center. Stay tuned for community updates, must-see events, and local specials!
