RCLCO and John Burns Real Estate Consulting publishes yearly list placing Brambleton in top 40
The master-planned community (MPC) of Brambleton today announces it has placed in the top 40 on two highly regarded industry lists: Robert Charles Lesser & Co’s. (RCLCO) 2019 Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities List (#38) and John Burns Real Estate Consulting’s Top 50 Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities of 2019 (#39). Both lists utilize new home sales to determine their rankings and note an 8.6 percentage growth in Brambleton’s new home sales from 2018 to 2019.
“As we enter a new decade, we are thrilled to be among the top selling MPC throughout the U.S.,” noted Kim Adams, Brambleton Marketing Director. “Year over year, we see interest in our dynamic community grow as we add more amenities, nurture our strong schools, parks and infrastructure, and grow the deep diversity we strive for here in Brambleton. We are honored to be included alongside these other wonderful communities.”
Every year, John Burns Real Estate Consulting, LLC ranks the top masterplans in the country based on new home sales. Feedback from numerous industry contacts and boots-on-the-ground consultants support the diligent research that goes into producing this prestigious ranking. Similarly, The RCLCO list leverages estimated year-end sales based on total net new home sales as reported by each individual community.
To be considered an MPC a community must have been developed from a broad plan and incorporate a variety of housing types, sizes, and prices with shared common spaces and amenities. MPCs differentiate themselves from suburban subdivisions in that they foster an environment where generations can live better in terms of housing, community environment and economic opportunity.
“With the economic downturn in the beginning of the decade, it is important to acknowledge how much we have grown, and as the only MCP ranked in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area, we’re incredibly proud of our consistent progress. The data gathered from both reports point to our continued advancement, and we look forward to nourishing the community of Brambleton for the foreseeable future,” Adams added.
