As our first residents begin to move in, development of Ashburn’s newest 55+ community is well underway. Walking trails and a pier are being placed around the pond behind the Van Metre villas, bus shelters have been added, crews have been busy installing landscaping and hardscaping, plus construction of the Clubhouse – including the pouring of both pool foundations – has begun! The builders are equally busy with their construction. Van Metre’s The Lifts models will open October 13th, while the Flats are anticipated to open early 2019. Miller & Smith and Winchester Homes now have their furnished models open with new sections under development, anticipated to be released later this Fall.
